Digital Downloads

Once an eBook or digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and

• We are unable to provide a working replacement

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
